Fitness Disclaimer
This Fitness Disclaimer explains the limits of Coreent Trainin's services and the risks of exercise participation. Coreent Trainin provides fitness and lifestyle coaching only, not medical care.
Fitness and Lifestyle Services Only
Coreent Trainin provides fitness and lifestyle coaching services. Our services may include personal training, strength and conditioning programs, mobility and flexibility work, home workout program design, group fitness sessions, progress tracking, and exercise-based habit support.
Coreent Trainin does not provide medical services, physical therapy, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, nutrition therapy, mental health care, emergency care, pain management, injury treatment, or healthcare services. Nothing on the website, in a program, in a session, or in communication with a coach should be interpreted as medical advice.
Consult a Qualified Professional
Before beginning any new exercise program, you should consult a physician or qualified healthcare professional, especially if you are inactive, pregnant, recovering from illness or injury, taking medications, have cardiovascular concerns, have respiratory issues, have metabolic conditions, have joint or spine issues, experience chronic pain, or have any other condition that may affect safe exercise participation.
Coreent Trainin may recommend that you obtain medical clearance before participating. Refusal to obtain clearance when requested may result in cancellation, postponement, modification, or refusal of services.
Inherent Risks of Exercise
Exercise involves inherent risks. These risks may include soreness, fatigue, strains, sprains, falls, dizziness, dehydration, fainting, abnormal heart response, aggravation of prior injuries, equipment-related injuries, overexertion, and in rare cases serious injury or death.
These risks may be increased by poor technique, excessive intensity, failure to disclose relevant information, inadequate recovery, dehydration, improper footwear, unsuitable equipment, underlying medical conditions, or disregarding coach instructions.
No Guaranteed Results
Coreent Trainin may help clients pursue goals such as improved strength, endurance, mobility, consistency, confidence, exercise habits, and general fitness. However, no result is guaranteed. Your results depend on your participation, consistency, recovery, nutrition, sleep, stress, age, genetics, prior training experience, medical status, and many other factors.
References to client progress, testimonials, examples, service descriptions, or before-and-after style language are informational and promotional. They are not promises that you will achieve identical results.
Client Disclosure Responsibilities
You are responsible for disclosing information that may affect exercise safety. This may include injuries, surgeries, pain, dizziness, medications, pregnancy, medical restrictions, previous exercise reactions, movement limitations, or any other relevant information.
You must promptly inform Coreent Trainin if your condition changes. Coaches can only make reasonable training adjustments based on information you provide. Withholding or minimizing relevant information may increase risk.
Exercise-Based Weight Management Support
Coreent Trainin's weight management support is exercise-based and habit-focused. We do not provide medical weight loss, clinical obesity treatment, prescription medication advice, meal plans for medical conditions, eating disorder treatment, or nutrition services requiring a licensed professional.
Clients seeking medical weight management, disease-specific nutrition guidance, eating disorder support, or clinical dietary care should consult an appropriate licensed healthcare provider.
Mobility, Pain, and Injury Limitations
Mobility and flexibility training at Coreent Trainin is intended to support movement quality, range of motion, exercise preparation, and general stiffness reduction. It is not physical therapy, chiropractic care, rehabilitation, pain treatment, or medical movement screening.
If you have pain, suspected injury, post-surgical restrictions, neurological symptoms, instability, numbness, or other concerning symptoms, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
Home Workout Safety
Home workout programs depend on the safety of the client's environment, equipment, flooring, space, lighting, supervision, and judgment. Coreent Trainin cannot inspect every home environment and is not responsible for unsafe equipment, unstable surfaces, pets, obstacles, poor installation, or other hazards in a client's home training area.
You should perform home workouts only in a clear, stable, well-lit area using equipment that is in good condition and appropriate for the exercise. If an exercise cannot be performed safely, you should stop and request a modification.
Emergency Situations
Coreent Trainin is not an emergency medical provider. If you experience a medical emergency during or after training, contact emergency services immediately. Do not rely on website forms, email, routine phone messages, or non-emergency studio communications for urgent medical needs.
