Terms of Service
These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the Coreent Training website, booking fitness and lifestyle coaching services, communicating with our studio, and participating in non-medical training support.
Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Coreent Training website, contact forms, booking requests, studio communications, training descriptions, program information, rates, and related fitness and lifestyle coaching services. By visiting the website, submitting a request, booking a session, purchasing a program, attending a session, or communicating with Coreent Training, you agree to follow these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website, submit personal information, book services, or participate in Coreent Training programs. These Terms are intended to create clear expectations between the studio and each visitor, client, prospective client, or participant.
Who We Are and What We Provide
Coreent Training is a performance-first fitness studio based in Billings, Montana. The studio provides fitness and lifestyle-focused services, including personal fitness training, strength and conditioning programs, exercise-based weight management support, mobility and flexibility training, home workout program design, small-group fitness sessions, and progress tracking support.
Our services are designed to support strength, stamina, movement quality, exercise consistency, and general fitness improvement. We do not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, injury rehabilitation, physical therapy, licensed healthcare, nutritional therapy, mental health care, emergency services, or regulated clinical services.
Eligibility and Client Responsibilities
You must be legally able to enter into service arrangements in your jurisdiction and physically able to participate in exercise activity. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept the applicable terms, waivers, and safety forms before participation.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your goals, fitness experience, limitations, relevant health considerations, injuries, medications, exercise history, and anything else that may affect safe participation. You must update Coreent Training if your condition, limitations, or risk factors change.
You agree to follow coach instructions, use equipment responsibly, respect the studio environment, arrive prepared, stop any movement that causes concerning pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, unusual discomfort, or other warning signs, and seek medical attention when appropriate.
Bookings, Scheduling, and Communication
Submitting a contact form or booking request does not guarantee acceptance, availability, or a confirmed appointment. A session is confirmed only when Coreent Training communicates confirmation through its normal scheduling process.
Training times, program availability, coach availability, rates, service scope, and session formats may change based on capacity, safety considerations, business operations, or client needs. Coreent Training may refuse, pause, reschedule, or discontinue services if participation appears unsafe, inappropriate, abusive, disruptive, or outside the studio's service scope.
Clients are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrival may reduce available session time and may still be treated as a completed session at Coreent Training's discretion.
Payments, Rates, and Service Scope
Rates shown on the website are listed in USD and may include per-session, per-class, per-program, or monthly pricing depending on the service. Posted rates are general information and may be updated, corrected, replaced, or withdrawn without prior notice.
Payment terms, billing timing, package duration, program inclusions, and renewal terms may vary by service type. Any custom training block, special arrangement, or package should be confirmed directly with Coreent Training before purchase or participation.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, payment covers fitness coaching services only. It does not include medical supervision, nutrition prescriptions, therapy, rehabilitation, laboratory testing, supplements, equipment purchases, travel expenses, third-party facility fees, or external professional services.
Website Content and No Guarantees
The website may describe training outcomes such as improved strength, stamina, mobility, consistency, confidence, body composition support, or better exercise habits. These descriptions are not guarantees. Actual results depend on many factors, including attendance, effort, recovery, sleep, nutrition, stress, medical status, genetics, consistency, and adherence to instructions.
Testimonials, examples, photos, pricing descriptions, service outlines, and training language are provided for general informational and marketing purposes. They do not promise that any specific client will achieve the same or similar results.
Coreent Training may update, remove, or revise website content at any time to improve clarity, reflect operational changes, or correct errors.

You agree not to misuse the website, services, contact forms, studio communications, or training environment. Prohibited conduct includes:
