Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how Coreent Training handles cancellations, missed sessions, unused training services, program purchases, and refund requests.
General Policy
Coreent Training sells fitness and lifestyle coaching services, including individual sessions, small-group sessions, home workout program design, monthly support, progress tracking, and structured training programs. Because these services involve reserved time, planning, coach preparation, program writing, and client-specific scheduling, refunds are handled according to the rules below.
This Refund Policy is intended to be fair to clients while protecting the time, preparation, and availability reserved by Coreent Training. Specific package agreements, written confirmations, promotional offers, or custom service terms may include additional conditions.
Session Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients should notify Coreent Training as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule a session. When a cancellation is made with reasonable advance notice, Coreent Training may allow the session to be rescheduled without penalty, subject to coach availability and package terms.
Late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may be treated as completed sessions and may not be refunded. This is because the time slot was reserved, staffing was planned, and other clients may have been unable to book that time.
If Coreent Training must cancel a confirmed session, we will generally offer a rescheduled session, credit, or other reasonable correction. If we cannot provide a reasonable replacement, a refund may be considered for the affected unused service.
Personal Training and Single Sessions
Single personal training sessions are generally refundable only if cancellation occurs before the session is confirmed, before coach preparation has begun, or within a written cancellation window communicated by Coreent Training. Once a session is delivered, it is not refundable.
If a client arrives late, chooses to leave early, declines to participate, or does not complete the session for reasons not caused by Coreent Training, the session may still be considered fulfilled.
Monthly Programs and Ongoing Support
Monthly services, including strength and conditioning programming, weight management fitness support, and progress tracking support, may include planning, check-ins, review, and program adjustments. Fees for monthly services are generally non-refundable once the service period has started or once substantial planning, review, or programming work has been performed.
Unused time within a monthly period does not automatically convert to a refund. Coreent Training may, at its discretion, offer a pause, credit, reschedule, or modified service option when a client gives early notice and circumstances support an adjustment.
Home Workout Program Design
Home workout program design fees cover assessment of client needs, review of available equipment, planning, writing, formatting, and delivery of a customized training program. Once program design work has begun, the fee is generally non-refundable. Once the program has been delivered, it is not refundable.
If a client requests major changes outside the original scope after delivery, additional fees may apply. Minor clarifications or corrections may be provided at Coreent Training's discretion.
Group Fitness Sessions
Group fitness class fees may be refundable or transferable only if cancellation occurs before the applicable cancellation window and before the class capacity or staffing plan is affected. Missed group sessions, late arrivals, and no-shows are generally not refundable.
If a group session is cancelled by Coreent Training and no reasonable replacement option is offered, affected clients may be eligible for a credit, transfer, or refund for that session.
Medical, Injury, and Safety-Related Interruptions
If a client becomes unable to participate due to illness, injury, medical advice, pregnancy-related restrictions, or other safety concerns, Coreent Training may request appropriate documentation or written confirmation before considering a pause, credit, transfer, or partial refund. We do not diagnose or evaluate medical conditions, and we may require medical clearance before training resumes.
Refunds are not automatically granted for medical or personal circumstances after services have been delivered, time has been reserved, or program work has been performed. However, Coreent Training will review reasonable requests in good faith.
Non-Refundable Items
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing, the following are generally non-refundable:
- Completed training sessions, completed classes, or delivered coaching services.
- No-show appointments or late cancellations.
- Custom workout programs after design work has begun.
- Delivered home workout plans, progress reviews, or written training materials.
- Administrative fees, payment processing fees, or third-party fees when applicable.
- Promotional, discounted, limited-time, or special package purchases marked as final sale.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, contact Coreent Training with your name, service purchased, purchase date, session date if applicable, reason for the request, and any relevant details. Refund requests should be made as soon as possible after the issue occurs.
Approved refunds may be returned to the original payment method or handled through a studio credit, depending on the original transaction, processor rules, business records, and the nature of the request. Processing times vary by payment provider and financial institution.
Chargebacks and Billing Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact Coreent Training first so we can review the issue. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter may delay resolution and may require us to provide records of booking confirmations, attendance, communication, delivered programs, or service performance.
Coreent Training reserves the right to pause or discontinue services during unresolved billing disputes.
Changes to This Refund Policy
Coreent Training may update this Refund Policy as services, scheduling practices, payment systems, or business operations change. The policy in effect at the time of purchase generally applies unless a later policy is more favorable or required by law.
